Welcome

Therapy is most effective as a collaborative exploration, with your goals front and center driving the focus of treatment. Together, we can work toward increasing insight, overcoming barriers, and connecting more deeply to feeling. It is my aim to create a safe and nonjudgmental space to enable you to more comfortably begin this process of self-discovery that can, at times, feel intimidating or uncertain.

​Many find that at some point in their lives, there are circumstances or internal struggles that arise creating significant distress. Perhaps old ways of managing are no longer working, or are even causing you harm. Therapy can provide the support needed to explore underlying feelings and to find a new way to cope with life stressors. We will work together to gain a deeper sense of self-understanding and self-compassion, change harmful coping patterns, and develop healthy relationships. Examples of types of issues often addressed in therapy include: Anxiety, Depression, Self-Criticism, Family Conflict, Grief and Loss, Parenting, Relationship Issues, Self Esteem/Self-Image, Trauma and PTSD​, Intrusive Thoughts, Impulsivity, Isolation and Loneliness.
